Parmesan Pepper Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    medium grind black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. tap water (120~ to 130~)
    1 egg at room temperature
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, undissolved yeast, 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper and salt.
    Gradually stir hot water into dry ingredients.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally.
    With spoon, stir in cheese and enough additional flour to make soft dough.
