Freezer Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
    Cut in shortening, using a pastry blender.
    Add buttermilk and blend well.
    Turn dough out on a floured surface and knead.
    Roll dough 1/2-inch thick and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until light brown.
    Cool and freeze.
    Take out and bake until brown as needed.
