Potato Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Mix potatoes and melted butter. Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Mix sour cream, cheese, soup, salt and pepper.
Pour over potatoes. Put corn flakes on top.
Pour melted butter over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
