Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage, more if desired
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    12 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. whipping cream
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Sprinkle 1/2 sausage over margarine and 1/2 grated cheese.
    Beat eggs and cream together.
    Pour over mixture. Top with remaining sausage, then cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
