Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. broken nuts
2 (16 oz.) cans fruit cocktail, undrained
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients, except brown sugar and nuts, into mixing bowl.
Combine eggs, vanilla and fruit cocktail.
Add to dry ingredients; mix well.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle top with brown sugar and nuts.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
