Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. sage sausage
1 pkg. mild sausage
2 loves frozen bread, thawed and rolled out
Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. hot pepper cheese
1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Fry, crumble and then drain both sausages.
Sprinkle sausages and cheese over rolled out dough.
Roll up to make a ring.
Brush over the top with beaten egg.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
