Quick Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 pkg. Lawry's taco spices and seasoning
1/4 c. chopped onions
3 c. water
3 c. instant rice
1 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Bring all ingredients except rice to a boil.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add instant rice.
Cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 8 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.
