Chicken Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple in juice
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Arrange chicken in 12 x 8-inch pan.
Combine remaining ingredients; stir well.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Microwave on High 9 to 10 minutes.
Cover with wax paper.
