Spinach And Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. tomato puree
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. poppy seed
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    4 c. spinach leaves, washed and dried
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine tomato puree, horseradish, poppy seed, lemon juice and salt.
    Mix well by hand with wooden spoon.
    Add sliced fresh mushrooms and marinate for 1 hour.
    Place spinach leaves in large bowl and toss with dressing.
    Makes 4 servings.
