Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. coarse ground pepper
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
    2 crushed garlic cloves or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Marinate flank steak overnight or all day.
    Broil on both sides about 10 minutes.
    For serving, cut steak on diagonal very thinly.
    Use 3 steaks (about 4 pounds) for 8 adults.
    Makes 1 quart marinade.
    Can be saved and reused.
