Hamburger Corn Casserole(A New England Potluck Supper Favorite) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. chopped pimento
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. medium noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. soft bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly brown ground beef.
Add chopped onion.
Cook until tender, but not brown.
Add corn, soups, sour cream, pimento, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Stir in noodles. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
Mix bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
Bake in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
