Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 oz. grated coconut
    22 oz. Mandarin orange slices
    20 oz. pineapple tidbits
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    5 Tbsp. Cool Whip
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries, halved
Preparation
    Drain orange slices, pineapple tidbits and cherries.
    Mix fruit with remaining ingredients.
    Let set in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
    Mix slightly before serving. Garnish with cherry halves and a sprig of mint (optional).
