Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. peeled and sliced apples (5 or 6 apples)

Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients.
Mix well. Add nuts and apples. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
