Raspberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. raspberry preserves
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cut cream cheese and butter or margarine into biscuit mix until crumbly.
    Stir in milk.
    Turn on lightly floured surface. Knead 8 to 10 strokes.
    On waxed paper, roll dough to a 12 x 8-inch rectangle.
    Invert on a greased baking sheet.
    Remove paper.
    Spread preserves down center of dough.
    Fold one side to middle, then other side.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
