Sister Lea'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 10) can whole California tomatoes, drained and sliced
    2 large onions, chopped
    10 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
Preparation
    Mix
    well
    and\trefrigerate
    in covered container.
    May reserve drained tomato juice to use for desired consistency.
