Icing For Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. cream cheese
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
Preparation

Cream together softened cream cheese and butter. Add salt and lemon juice. Slowly add powdered sugar.
Mix until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
