English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    corn meal
Preparation
    Combine
    3
    cups
    flour,
    yeast,
    sugar, salt and soda. Combine and
    heat liquids until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Add dry mixture.
    Beat
    well; stir in enough flour to make a stiff batter. Spoon into 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch) pans that have been greased and
    sprinkled
    with
    corn\tmeal.
    Sprinkle tops with cornmeal; cover
    and\tlet
    rise
    in warm place for 45 minutes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove from pans immediately and cool.
