Ginny'S Apple Pie(New England) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Stayman apples, sliced very thin
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    medium sharp cheese
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. molasses
    1/8 tsp. butter chunks
    top and bottom crust for deep-dish pie pan
Preparation
    Put the bottom crust in a deep pan.
    Mix flour and sugar together.
    Spread 3 tablespoons of sugar/flour mixture.
    Fill the plate half full of apples.
    Spread half the remaining flour mixture on top of apples.
    Scatter about 10 pieces of cheese about the size of your little finger.
    Fill the plate heaping full of apples. Spread the rest of the flour mixture on top.
    Sprinkle on cinnamon and dribble on the molasses.
    Toss on 8 or 10 small chunks of butter.
    Put on top crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
