Lemon Cloud Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 oz. or 1 pkg. lemon pudding and pie filling mix
2 eggs (yolks)
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Prepare filling mix according to directions on package.
Add cream cheese to cooked filling and beat well.
Combine whites and sugar.
Beat until forms stiff peaks.
Fold into filling.
Spoon in pie shell.
Chill this before serving.
Sprinkle crumbled pastry pieces around edge.
