Chicken With Peppers And White Raisins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken
    1 large red onion, sliced in rings
    1 red pepper, sliced in long slices
    1/4 c. white raisins
    1/2 to 3/4 stick butter
    1 can chicken broth
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    drops of olive oil
Preparation
    Saute chicken in butter and olive oil.
    Take chicken out and saute slightly the onion and peppers.
    Then put chicken back with onions and peppers.
    Pour in chicken broth and bring to boil. Scatter raisins over chicken and simmer, covered, for 1/2 hour. Chicken should have skin side up.
    Serve with rice.
