Eight Treasure Vegs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. peanut oil
1/2 c. bamboo shoots
1/2 c. cucumber
1/4 c. unsalted peanuts
1/2 c. straw mushrooms
1/2 c. bok choy
1/2 c. peas
1/4 c. raw shrimp
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
chile and garlic to taste
2 tsp. hoisin sauce
1 tsp. sherry (optional)
Preparation

In wok, stir shrimp in oil.
Add peanuts and vegetables.
Add remaining ingredients.
Serve on rice.
Garnish with cucumber slices.
