Weight Watcher'S Best Lasagna In The World - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3 packets Equal sweetener
    29 oz. tomato sauce
    6 oz. tomato paste
    8 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    3 1/2 c. water
    12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    9 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
Preparation
    In a large pan, brown beef, onion and seasonings.
    Stir in tomato sauce, paste, mushrooms and water.
    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    The mixture will be thin.
    Mix together cottage, Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
    Layer 1/3 uncooked noodles, 1/3 cheese mixture, 1/3 sauce and 1/3 Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat with 2 more layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Cut into 8 pieces.
