Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; add eggs, sour milk, butter, shortening, vanilla and bananas.
    Bake in well-greased and floured Bundt pan or 1-pound coffee cans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then turn to 300\u00b0 and bake about 1 hour.
