Honey Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. warm water
3 pkgs. yeast (2 Tbsp.)
4 - 6 c. white flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. honey
3 c. wheat flour
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 cup dry milk
Preparation
-
Combine water, oil, and honey.
Add yeast, and salt.
Mix. Add all other dry ingredients.
Mix until dough clears side of mixing bowl.
Let dough rise until double.
Divide into 2 loaves and place into greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
Butter top of loaves if desired.
