Salmon With Cilantro Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 salmon fillets (about 4 lb. total)
    3/4 c. lime juice
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2/3 c. green onions (including tops), thinly sliced
    2 pickled jalapeno chilies, stemmed and finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. loosely packed, fresh cilantro leaves, minced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Lay fillets, skin side down, in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Evenly drizzle 2 tablespoons of lime juice over the fillets.
    In a small bowl, combine remaining lime juice, onions, jalapenos, cilantro and olive oil; spread 1/2 cup of the cilantro salsa over 1 fillet.
    Lay
    the other fillet, skin side up, atop the first, fitting together neatly.
    If made ahead, cover and chill salmon up to overnight.
