Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. hot water
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. shortening
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
2 egg whites
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
-
Combine first 4 ingredients; cool to lukewarm.
Stir next
2 ingredients together to dissolve; add to first mixture.
Beat egg whites and add to first mixture.
Add half the flour and beat well.
Stir in enough more to make dough easy to handle.
Store in covered bowl in refrigerator.
