Quiche With Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. hash browns (frozen)
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 c. chopped Cheddar
    1 c. Jack cheese
    1/2 c. ham, chopped
    1/2 c. half and half
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 small onion, diced
Preparation
    Grease 9-inch pie plate with 1/3 cup melted butter.
    Press thawed hash browns into butter.
    Brush butter over tops of hash browns.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove.
    Fill with cheese and ham and onions.
    Beat eggs and salt and milk.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Bake until knife comes out of center clean.
