Pork And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork (lean), ground
    3 small onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 pkg. noodles (small)
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
    2 cans water
    salt and pepper to taste
    Velveeta or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry pork, onions and green pepper in skillet.
    Boil noodles until tender.
    Add to skillet, along with tomato paste and water. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Slice cheese on top and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Ingredients may be transferred to baking dish before baking, if desired.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
