Lemon Dijon Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) orange roughy fillets
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. crushed buttery-flavored crackers
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cut fillets in half. Arrange in lightly greased pan. Mix together mustard, butter, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Spread mixture over fillets.
    Crush crackers finely and sprinkle on fish. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
