Chicken And Spinach Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    6 chicken cutlets
    1/2 c. flour
    3 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    6 slices boiled ham
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Defrost spinach and drain well. Distribute spinach evenly on the bottom of a rectangular baking dish.
    Pour chicken broth over spinach, then sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.
    Dip chicken cutlets into flour.
    Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter and the 2 tablespoons of margarine and fry the chicken cutlets until light brown.
    Place the cutlets on top of the spinach.
    Place a slice of ham and Swiss cheese on top of each cutlet.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all and dot with remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons butter. Cover and bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
