Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 slices bacon, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
5 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. vinegar
6 medium potatoes, boiled and sliced
water
1 or 2 medium onions, chopped
Preparation

In large skillet, fry bacon and remove (retaining grease). Thicken grease with flour.
Add vinegar and enough water so it's not really thick.
Mix potatoes, bacon and onions.
Pour topping over potato mixture \"like gravy.\"
