Butterscotch Oaties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
    2 c. rolled oats
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. boiling water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine butterscotch morsels and butter.
    Melt over boiling water.
    Remove from heat.
