Corned Beef Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (12 oz.) corned beef
    8 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    1/4 c. sliced scallions
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    assorted crackers
    thick cucumber slices
    celery stalks
    parsley sprigs (for garnish)
Preparation
    Crumble corned beef into
    a
    bowl;
    add cottage cheese, scallions, peppers, parsley
    and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Chill several hours to blend flavors and to firm mixture. (It can be left overnight in fridge.)
    Remove mixture from bowl and shape into a ball.
    Spread cream
    cheese
    evenly over ball.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to be used.
