Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. ground, cooked ham (1/2 lb.)
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. chicken bouillon
    3 c. sauerkraut
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Drain and cut sauerkraut.
    Brown onion lightly in butter.
    Add ham and brown.
    Add garlic and flour; stir in bouillon, sauerkraut and parsley.
    Cook until thick.
    Spread in pan and chill for 2 hours.
    Make into walnut size balls.
    Dip in flour; then in mixture of egg and milk beaten together.
    Roll in bread crumbs and deep fry.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Yields about 50.
