Sweet Potato Souffle #1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. canned sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick margarine, softened
2 eggs
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Topping
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Pour into a 2-quart greased baking dish.
Spread Topping over souffle.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until topping starts to brown.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
