Mrs. Harvey'S White Fruitcake - cooking recipe

4 c. pecans
3/4 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 oz. lemon extract
2 oz. vanilla
Preparation

Chop nuts and fruits into medium sized pieces.
Dredge with small amount of flour (about 1/4 cup).
