Chili Cheddar Omelet(Serves 2) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
butter
1 c. chili
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In small bowl, beat eggs, water and seasoned salt together. Pour mixture into well-buttered 10-inch skillet.
Cook omelet over medium heat, letting liquid egg run to edges.
When eggs are set, slide omelet onto serving plate.
Place chili and grated cheese on half of omelet.
Fold over other half.
