Big Game Baked Round Steak(Can Use Antelope, Elk Or Moose) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. boneless deer round steak (1-inch thick)
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 to 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    brown sugar
    catsup
    dried basil leaves
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. venison stock or beef broth
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Trim meat; cut into serving size pieces. Pound to 1/2-inch thickness with meat mallet.
    On a sheet of waxed paper, mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Dip steaks in flour mixture, turning to coat.
