Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix soups and water together and put 1/2 of mixture aside. Add Minute rice to remaining 1/2 of soup mixture and stir well. Pour into oblong casserole dish.
Place chicken pieces on top of rice mixture.
I use 2 pieces of breasts and 2 thighs.
Pour rest of soup mixture over chicken.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
