Ham Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cauliflower
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. chopped, cooked ham
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. light cream
    1 tsp. lime juice
    1 avocado
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into flowerets.
    Cook in salted water in saucepan until tender-crisp; drain.
    Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in bowl.
    Add cauliflower.
    Chill in refrigerator.
    Add next 5 ingredients; mix lightly.
    Slice avocado over salad. Yield:
    6 servings.
