Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 8 Idaho potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 stick oleo
1/2 tsp. pepper
paprika (for color)
Preparation

Peel and quarter potatoes. Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix all dry ingredients and put in paper sack. Shake potatoes in sack and place on side in melted oleo. Pour remaining dry ingredients from sack over potatoes. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Cook at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour, uncovered, and do not turn potatoes while cooking.
