Broiled Peach Halves - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 peach halves
1/2 c. mincemeat
1/2 c. butter

Preparation

Preheat broiler.
Spoon mincemeat into the center of each peach half.
Top with butter and broil.
Serve hot.
