Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
Preparation
-
Mix first 3 ingredients and place in an 8 x 8-inch greased pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top of rhubarb. Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 5 to 6.
