Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggplant, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch
    28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce or make your own
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. milk
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, garlic powder and oregano.
    Heat in medium saucepan.
    Let sit.
    Dip eggplant in milk, then coat lightly with cornmeal; set aside.
