Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes
    1 stick butter
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can coconut
    15 large marshmallows
    1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Heat potatoes, butter and sugar in saucepan.
    Add vanilla and pineapple.
    When cooled, mold around each marshmallow.
    Roll in coconut.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 until coconut is golden brown.
