Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Campbell's onion soup
    1 stick butter
    4 or 5 pork chops
    2 c. Minute rice (raw)
Preparation
    Heat soup and butter until all melted. Do not dilute.
    Heat this in a 10-inch skillet.
    Then pour in 2 cups of rice. Mix well. Place 4 or 5 pork chops on top of rice mixture.
    Cut off extra fat from the pork chops.
    Spoon a little of the juice over chops. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, uncovered, or until pork chops are nice and brown on top.
