Pita Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water (110~)
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water and stir in honey and salt.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Knead dough for several minutes and then cut into 8 pieces.
    Knead each piece several minutes.
    Roll or shape into 5-inch round pieces about 1/2-inch thick.
    Let rise 2 hours. Bake at 500\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Makes 8 pita breads.
