Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. or more cinnamon
    4 diced apples
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar and eggs; add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cake is done when toothpick comes back clean.
    For softer raisins, boil them in water for 1 minute and drain.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 or more minutes.
