Quick Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 c. Bisquick
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. orange extract

Preparation

Combine pudding and Bisquick.
Add oil and egg; stir.
Mix in milk, coconut and extract.
Roll into teaspoonful balls; place on cookie sheet and slightly flatten.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Sprinkle tops with sugar, if desired.
Yield:
20 cookies.
