Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugars; add eggs and vanilla.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Blend all dry ingredients together.
    Add to butter mixture milk alternately with flour mixture.
    Pour into floured and greased spring-form pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
